Orange, Honey and Walnut Flapjack
- finely grated zest of 1 large orange
- 160g of butter(cut into small bits)
- 135g of demerara sugar
- pinch of sea salt
- 30g of honey
- 100g of walnut pieces
- 300g of oats
- Preheat the over at 160C.
- Heat butter and sugar in a pot using medium/low heat
- Mix with the rest of the ingredients.
- Press the mixture into a tray(10″x 8″ lined with greaseproof paper)
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
