Mexican Tuna Salad
Nothing can beat a lovely salad on a nice summer day.
For one to two persons.
- A tin of tuna
- A hard boiled egg
- Ground sea salt pinch
- Ground black pepper
- Fresh chilli (optional)
- Mash the boiled egg with a fork.
- Save some lettuce and radish for garnish.
- Mixed all ingredients well in a bowl.
