Try a few cups of this three ginger tea if you don’t want to use Paracetamol or the like. 去年底突然有個星期六晚，全身劇痛，不能入睡，第二朝起床痛楚更甚，身體每一個細微的動作都痛入心，再有一陣陣的痛由體内冲出來，這是從來都没有的經驗，不知如何是好。 一到星期一去見家庭醫生，她說看不出問題出在哪裡，告知只好食止痛藥。我對止痛藥没有興趣，所以去上網查閱天然的鎮痛劑，原來薑是最簡單的。 我個人非常之懶惰，不想用鮮薑，剛巧一向有買懶人薑茶包，離開疹所就冲了這三薑茶，一連飲了三，四杯。感覺舒緩了三四成，晚上可以入睡幾小時。 星期二，再連飲四杯，晚上已經不覺痛了。 當然世上那有仙丹，不竟各人身體各異，但如果痛，真的可以一試。
