‎這不是廣東小食,但我一試做就愛上了。超級容易整,食到停不了口! 材料: 1. 鴨舌500g 2. 薑片,蒜片少許 3. 兩茶匙辣椒油 4. 料酒一湯匙 5. 老抽一茶匙 6. 生抽兩茶匙 7. 川椒粉,五香粉,芫茜粉,孜然粉,盐,胡椒粉各少許 8. 冰糖一茶匙 9. 香葉兩片,辣椒三隻 做法: 1. 先將鴨舌跑活水,用凍水加些醋,水熱後冲凍水,清洗每條鴨舌,然後除去水份 2. 放辣椒油入煲,小火煑片刻,放入薑同蒜,炒香 3. 轉中小火,落鴨舌,灑酒,加盐,胡椒粉,拌一會。再加其他味粉,香葉和辣椒。 4. 放入生抽和老抽,落冰糖,如果太乾加少量的水。 5. 煑滚,轉小火,炆十五分鐘。 試味,依照自己的喜愛,例如加辣或加生抽。 一碟你不想與任何人分享的小食,但你大可以分享這個食譜!
