I didn’t really like chilli sauce until I’ve made my own.

Ingredients

  • 90g of red chillies
  • One bulb of garlic
  • Juice of three limes
  • 18g of coconut sugar

Method

  1. Wash and deseed  the chillies then cut into small pieces
  2. Crush the garlic
  3. Place the chillies, garlic, lime juice and sugar into the blender.
  4. Blend everything into a smooth sauce.

人面桃花

人面桃花

年少的我跟鄰居那位太太非常的投緣,多年來每次走近她門前,都一定要與她寒暄一大遍才覺滿足。

她最愛告訴她自己家庭的故事,她有著無限的驕傲。她出身大户人家,飽讀詩書,話說當年解放前過的是大富大貴的日子,她出嫁的那天用了很多很多她喜歡白色的花,深深地懷緬著美好的時光,我聽了也很高興。還有她的兒子和孫子們的生活點滴,全都是動聽又有趣的故事,我每次都聽到津津有味。她就像一本書,我無須花心機去翻任何一頁,她可以精彩的一一向我道出,最合我這與書本無緣的懶蟲,從中又獲益良多,所以對她欣賞又感激。她又十分喜歡分享兒子及孫子們的照片,非常温馨的一大家人,我覺得這就是美滿和幸福的人生,我也被感染了些快樂。

近這幾年,她住所已搬進了其他人,打聽之下才知道,她先生過身後幾年她也走了。如今每次步近那門口,感覺有㸃傷感和失落,人怎麼這樣快就没有了?!

最後見她的一回,她先生已歸麈土,她滿是依依不捨,對我嘆道,“人生苦短!” 我應該說㸃安慰的說話,但我却道,“人生是短啊,但苦却是不短的,只怕快樂才是人生最短缺的。” 我說完才覺得我老實得來又中肯,說得過份又再添加㸃㸃的傷感,就是萬分的不該。

記起她種的桃花,及她對我吟的詩:

去年今日此門中,人面桃花相影紅;

人面不知何處去,桃花依舊笑春風。

歲月就是最無情的,更添加傷悲的是,現今的我,與她還未好好道别,一直以為有很多再見的機會,空嘆桃花與人面都消失了。

往事並不如煙…夢裡他們兩夫婦還是住在舊居,但影像却是濛濃的,感覺有些苦澀。渴望可以有一個機會到他們墓前寒暄片刻,這就會是我們最完美的終結。

如今我却明白到快樂也不一定是短暫的,只要你不忘那些故人,每一天開心地面對,你就會有著長久的快樂了!

很喜歡人2的插畫及其風趣幽默的特色,在此要向他寫一篇短文。 文人與藝術家需要的是創作力,創作力是原動於無窮無盡的幻想,幻想比現實美麗得多,現實很多時令人變得非常沮喪,所以人就把最美好的都幻想出來了,起碼精神上是快樂的。 其實精神上多些快樂是非常重要的,這樣人才可以好好的生活下去,可以正面的面對工作,有著和諧的人際關係。 人2的作品往往將對現實的不滿很諷刺的展示給粉絲,廣闊地把歡樂在世上傳播,令我十分感動。 最可笑和令我不相信的是他没有女友,他的插圖每每藏著“徵女友”三字,文人通常是大話連篇的,所以我懷疑這是他的創作特色和噱頭。就如我的文章中會出現的“他”,創作世界是很令人著迷的。 世間事就是真假,錯對難分。 請不必太認真。 二零一九年四月 作者:周到 對我的糊言亂語與錯字,真不要太認真,事實這就是我的水平,我接受了,所以我很快樂!

Steamed rice cupcake 砵仔糕

This has been my all time favorite snack since I was a child. I am so glad some people love it as much as I do, especially my darling son.

砵仔糕從小已是我的至愛,我非常高興有其他人跟我一樣愛吃。

Let’s see how easy to make some.

Ingredients

1. Dark brown sugar 50g

2. Cooked red beans (optional)

3. Water 310g

4. Potato flour 10g

5. Tapioca flour 15g

6. Rice flour 75g

Method

  • In a wok add some water and place a 6-hole cupcake tin on a rack. Turn the heat to medium.
  • Add 210g of water and the sugar in a pan, bring to boil on medium heat, stir the sugar until melted.
  • In a jug add in all the flour mix with 100g of water, mix well
  • Pour the sugar hot water into the flour mixture, make sure all well mixed
  • Pour the mixture into the cupcake tin when the water is boiling. Adjust the heat to medium high.
  • Two minutes later add the cooked red beans in the middle of each cupcake
  • Steam for a further 10 minutes until cooked.
  • Take it out and let it cool for about 15-20 minutes
  • Unmould and best eat while warm.
